You can ask us to delete the personal data Zarg holds about you. Zarg is operated by DINNO CJSC; this page explains how to make that request and what happens next.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@zarg.am with the subject “Data deletion request”, or reply in the chat asking the business to delete your data.
- So we can find your data, please tell us which channel you used (web chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Telegram) and the name or phone number you messaged with.
What we delete
The messages, contact details, and booking or order information tied to your identifier on that channel, across our systems and our processors.
How long it takes
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply when it is done.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example records of a completed transaction for accounting purposes — kept only for as long as required and then deleted.

For data connected to Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, this page serves as Zarg’s data deletion instructions as required by Meta. The same process above applies.
